Over the course of 15 years, we’ve built a strong patient community to answer all manner of important diabetes questions.

We designed and recruited very carefully, so they deliver speedy, reliable insights.

What Are the Alternatives?

If you purchase patient sample on the open market, or your research vendor does – then buyer beware!

Not only are response rates low, and it is hard to get respondents to engage, there is strong evidence of widespread AI-powered fraud.

All this makes completing a reliable survey with good statistics much harder, and it’s accompanied by more anxiety about quality.

More About Our Patient Community

Loyalty

Open market consumer panels will turn over their survey respondents in a matter of months. The dQ&A community is completely different. Thanks to their loyalty, we can follow patient journeys over many years.

These charts shows quintiles of longevity for active members of our United States panel. We’re proud to say that the top quintile has an average tenure of 12.9 years, and the median member has been with us for over 5 years.  

Altruism

When asked for the reasons why they take surveys with dQ&A, only 24% of our community members mention that they do it for the remuneration. Other reasons, such as assisting the diabetes community, and helping manufacturers, are nearly as common.

Preference for dQ&A

Another reason that the dQ&A Community is special is their strong preference for working with us. Nearly 30% of our panelists don’t take surveys with any other company. The remainder are overwhelmingly positive about their experience with dQ&A.
